Three FEB Unila Students Participate in the ACP International Field Study Program in Japan

Kyoto, Japan– The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Universitas Lampung (Unila), continues to demonstrate its commitment to advancing the internationalization of education through student participation in the Asian Cooperative Program (ACP) Student Mobility Program, organized by Kansai University of International Studies (KUIS), Japan.

Three international-class students from FEB Unila, cohort 2024, are taking part in this program: Syfa’ul Azkia Prita (Undergraduate Program in Management), Siti Zahra Maulidya (Undergraduate Program in Accounting), and Nadiyah Putri Mailika (Undergraduate Program in Management). The program will run from January 31 to February 20, 2026.

The ACP program serves as a collaborative platform among universities across Asia, aiming to strengthen cross-cultural understanding and enhance students’ global competencies. Under the theme “Japanese Safety Management and Japanese Culture,” participants will study Japan’s distinctive safety management systems while gaining insights into Japanese culture and work values through academic learning, international discussions, and field visits.

During their participation in the Student Mobility Program, FEB Unila students are granted academic permission to be exempt from regular on-campus lectures, allowing them to fully focus on the international learning process. This policy reflects the faculty’s support for student capacity building through overseas learning experiences.

Participation in the ACP International Field Study Program is expected to broaden students’ global perspectives, improve adaptability and cross-cultural communication skills, and enhance graduates’ competitiveness at the international level. Furthermore, the experience provides an opportunity for students to bring back best practices and global perspectives that can be applied within the academic environment of FEB Unila.

Through active involvement in international programs such as ACP, the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Lampung, continues its efforts to produce globally minded, adaptive graduates who are well prepared to face the challenges of the globalized workforce. (Internship_Nissa Nabila)
