The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Lampung, Holds an Artificial Intelligence Workshop for Lecturers
FEB Unila | Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Lampung successfully held an Artificial Intelligence (AI) workshop on Wednesday, 30 August 2023. The event which was held in room D101, building D, was attended by lecturers from various study programs at FEB Unila.
The resource person for this workshop is Ms. Dina Safitri, S.E., M.I.B., an expert in economics and business who has experience in applying AI technology in various business contexts. Ibu Dina gave an insightful session on the basic concepts of AI, its potential to increase efficiency and productivity in business, and how it can be applied in various aspects of the economy.
The workshop participants, which consisted of lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Lampung, seemed enthusiastic about gaining new knowledge about AI. They demonstrate a high level of openness and interest in understanding how AI technologies can become powerful tools for analyzing data, making decisions, and identifying trends in the modern business world.
Prof. Nairobi, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Lampung, stated, “This workshop on Artificial Intelligence is part of our faculty’s commitment to continuously improve the understanding and skills of our lecturers in dealing with technological challenges in this digital era. We hope that the knowledge gained from this workshop will be applicable in our teaching and research.”
During the workshop sessions, the participants had the opportunity to discuss and ask questions directly to the speakers regarding various aspects of AI. This workshop on Artificial Intelligence shows the commitment of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Lampung in maintaining the relevance and quality of learning in the digital era that continues to grow. It is hoped that the lecturers attending the workshop will be able to integrate their new knowledge about AI into their teaching, so that students can be ready to face the demands of an increasingly complex business world and increasingly advanced technology.
