Strengthening Economic Knowledge among Students, FEB and the Lampung Ministry of Finance held an Economic Study.
FEB Unila | Unila’s Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) together with the Lampung Regional Ministry of Finance held a Dissemination event for the Lampung Regional Fiscal Study for the second quarter of 2024 at the Faculty of Economics and Business, on Wednesday (11/09/2024).
The event was also attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Prof. Dr Nairobi S.E., M.Si. along with his staff, the Head of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury (DJPB) of Lampung Province Dody Fachrudin S.E., M.Si along with the ranks of the Ministry of Finance of Lampung Province from the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP), Directorate General of Customs (DJBC), Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN), Bappeda, Bapenda, Unila FEB Academy Community as well as FEB Unila undergraduate and doctoral level students.
On this occasion, the Dean of FEB Unila said, “through this activity it is hoped that it can increase students’ knowledge about the economy in Lampung province which can be used as an object for student research,” he said.
Furthermore, Prof. Nairobi hopes that this event can provide insight and knowledge to the academic community and FEB students in the economic sector, especially in reducing poverty rates.
Meanwhile, in his speech, the Head of the Lampung Province DJPB Regional Office said that several economic activities in Lampung were the result of assistance from the participation of lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Lampung University, the results of which encouraged an increase in economic activity in Lampung.
Apart from Dody Fachrudin S.E., M.Si as DJPB’s resource person, he also presented experts in the economic sector such as Prof. Dr. Marselina Dyayasinga, M.P.M as Expert for the Ministry of Finance) and Nurul S.Sos., M.T (Head of BPKAD Evaluation Division for Lampung Province).
