Release of Unila FEB Students from Participating in the Student Mobility Program to NWIM RANEPA Russia

FEB Unila | The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Lampung (FEB Unila) has once again made achievements on the international stage by sending one of its students to take part in the Student Mobility program at the North-West Institute of Management, a branch of RANEPA (Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration) in Russia.

The selected student, Khotibah, from the Undergraduate Accounting Study Program, will take part in the program for one full semester, starting from September 1 2024 to January 30 2025. The release event took place at the FEB Unila Dean’s Building on Thursday (19/09/2024) and was attended by the Dean Prof. Dr. Nairobi, S.E., M.Sc., the Deputy Deans and heads of Departments, the FEB Unila international team, and Khotibah’s parents.

In his speech, the Dean of FEB Unila expressed his hope that Khotibah could make the best use of this opportunity to enrich his academic and cultural experience, as well as increase his competency in the field of accounting. “This Student Mobility Program is a golden opportunity for FEB Unila students to gain new insights through studying abroad experiences. “By studying at NWIM RANEPA, students will be involved in a challenging international academic environment, as well as expand networks and cultural experiences with students from various countries,” said Prof. Nairobi.

While participating in this program, Khotibah will attend lectures, seminars and other academic activities at NWIM RANEPA, as well as be involved in beneficial cultural exchanges. This program not only provides a different learning experience, but also strengthens collaboration between FEB Unila and various educational institutions in the world.

Khotibah’s parents also expressed their pride in their child’s achievements. “We are very grateful for the support from FEB Unila, and we hope that Khotibah can gain as much knowledge as possible while in Russia.” With this release, FEB Unila shows its commitment to supporting the internationalization of education through various academic collaboration programs, including the Student Mobility program. It is hoped that Khotibah will return with broader insight and skills, and be able to apply the knowledge gained for future academic and professional progress.
