Dosen Jurusan Akuntansi, Aryan Danil Mirza, berhasil meraih penghargaan <em>Best Paper<\/em> dalam kegiatan akademik yang diselenggarakan oleh Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) pada Selasa, 21 April 2026 lalu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penghargaan tersebut diberikan dalam rangkaian kegiatan <em>Writing Skill Workshop<\/em> bertema <em>\u201cLeadership for Organizations Resilience and Sustainability\u201d<\/em>. Kegiatan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kapasitas akademik peneliti dalam menghasilkan publikasi ilmiah bereputasi internasional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Workshop terdiri atas dua agenda utama. Sesi pertama menghadirkan <em>Academic Writing Excellence for High-Impact Journal Publication<\/em>, dengan narasumber associate editor dari jurnal bereputasi internasional terindeks Scopus Q1. Sesi kedua berupa <em>parallel session<\/em>, di mana peserta terpilih mempresentasikan artikel ilmiahnya dan memperoleh umpan balik langsung dari reviewer jurnal Q1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paper yang dipresentasikan oleh Aryan Danil Mirza bersama tim peneliti dinilai unggul karena kontribusinya yang kuat dalam bidang akuntansi keperilakuan dan kepemimpinan organisasi. Penelitian tersebut mengkaji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan toksik, khususnya <em>abusive supervision<\/em>, terhadap perilaku bawahan dalam menciptakan <em>budgetary slack<\/em>, dengan mempertimbangkan perbedaan skema kompensasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tim penulis terdiri dari Aryan Danil Mirza (Universitas Lampung), Herlin Tundjung Setijaningsih (Universitas Tarumanegara), Maria Paramastri Hayuning Adi (Universitas Bina Nusantara), dan Fitri Mareta (Politeknik Negeri Lampung). Penelitian berbasis eksperimen ini dinilai relevan dengan dinamika organisasi modern serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan dalam merancang sistem pengendalian manajemen dan kebijakan kompensasi yang lebih efektif dan etis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Capaian ini mencerminkan daya saing akademisi FEB Unila di tingkat nasional, sekaligus memperkuat kontribusi perguruan tinggi dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan.
