General Lecture on “Entrepreneurial Marketing: Beyond Professional Marketing” by Dr. Jacky Mussry, CEO of Markplus
FEB Unila | June 21, 2024 – The Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Lampung hosted a general lecture titled “Entrepreneurial Marketing: Beyond Professional Marketing,” presented by Dr. Jacky Mussry, CEO of Markplus. The event took place at the Student Center Hall of FEB Unila, attended by academics and students from various educational levels.
The event was graced by the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Prof. Dr. Nairobi, S.E., M.Si., and the Vice Dean for Academic and Business Affairs, Dr. Ernie Hendrawati, S.E., M.Si. They warmly welcomed and appreciated Dr. Jacky Mussry’s participation as the keynote speaker. In his opening remarks, Prof. Dr. Nairobi emphasized the importance of innovation in marketing and encouraged all participants to make the most of this opportunity.
The lecture was attended by over 200 participants, including undergraduate (S1), master’s (S2), and doctoral (S3) students. The enthusiasm of the participants was evident from the numerous questions raised and the dynamic discussions throughout the event. Dr. Jacky Mussry delivered the material interactively, encouraging participants to understand marketing concepts that are not only professional but also entrepreneurial.
“Entrepreneurial marketing is about being proactive and innovative in your marketing approach. It’s about thinking beyond traditional strategies and creating value in unique ways,” said Dr. Jacky Mussry during his presentation. He also shared various real-world case studies of companies that successfully implemented entrepreneurial marketing strategies.
The participants gained new insights into developing more creative and competitive marketing strategies. The event concluded with a photo session and the presentation of a token of appreciation to Dr. Jacky Mussry from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Lampung.
