The event which ran from 08.30 WIB was held with the theme : \u201c Globalizing National Culture Through The Spirit of Innovation and Creativity\u201d. The event took place in F Building of FEB Unila. This event was opened by the representative of Dean and Vice Dean of Student Affairs and Alumni, Mrs. Ani Lestari S.E.<\/p>\n<p>In her speech, Mrs. Ani Lestari, S.E. gave participants encouragement to compete in everycompetition, \u201cThe spirit of competition is important nowadays. Life is full of competitions, so you need to prepare your mental first then skills. EEB 2018 povides you the experience in a competition, how to compete with others. But, don\u2019t forget to relax!\u201d, she added.<\/p>\n<p>The aim for this event was to encourage the young generations to care and know more about their own culture, Indonesia\u2019s culture, through English competition. Total of 58 participants from all over Lampung Province compete in this event. 22 participants of Translating competition, 21 participants of Scrabble competition, and 15 participants of Speech competition really had so much enthusiasm to be the champion of each branches. And with saying gratitude to God with\u00a0 his blessings and mercies, 2 participants represented EEC FEB Unila and 2 participants represented FEB Unila won the competitions. They were Princhita Nabila M.P. (Boards EEC) as the 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0winner of Translating competition, Tiara Chairunnisa (Diploma of Accounting 2018) as the 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0runner up of Translating competition, Diajeng Fitri Wulan (S1 Accounting 2018) as the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0runner up of Translating competition, and Dimas Putra Adzie (Boards EEC) as the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0runner up of Speech competition.<\/p>\n<p>This event will not run well without our sponsors and media partners.
