DJPK Ministry of Finance RI in Collaboration with FEB UNILA Holds Training on Financial Management and Utilization of Village Potential: Village Head Enters Campus” in 2021.
FEB Unila | In accordance with the mandate of the Nawa Cita for Development and Empowerment of village communities, the Third Cita, “Build Indonesia from the Periphery by Strengthening Regions and Villages within the Frameworks of a Unitary State”, then village development and optimization of village funds are priorities in building national economic resilience after the pandemic covid-19. Therefore there needs to be a synergy between the Ministry and the University in realizing a reliable village apparatus so that village funds can be optimal. In line with this, on Thursday, April 22, 2021, the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK) of the Ministry of Finance in collaboration with the Faculty of Economics and business (FEB) of the University of Lampung held a Financial Management Training and Utilization of Village Potential “Village Head Enters Campus”.
This activity was opened by the Director of General Transfer Funds of DJPK, Adriyanto, PhD and remarks by the Dean of FEB Unila, Dr. Nairobi, S.E., M, Si. In his remarks, the Director of the General Transfer Fund of the DJPK welcomed this event as a step to strengthen the institutions and capacity of village heads in optimizing village funds that have been rolled out since 2017. In addition, this activity can also be a good step for collaboration between universities and villages in map the potential and develop sustainable villages. This activity was filled with material presentations on village policies (delivered by Dr. Ambya, SE, M.Si and Fajar Satria Kesumah, SE, FBE), village financial management (presented by Neny Desriani, SE, MSAk, and Resha Moniyana Putri, SE, M.Si), and optimizing village business and insight (presented by Sri Waluyo, Ph.D and Arif Darmawan, SE, MA).
This event was attended by 90 village/pekon heads from four districts, namely Tanggamus, Pringsewu, Central Lampung and South Lampung. It is hoped that after this activity, village/pekon heads have good professional skills and integrity so that they support the formation of “Victory Village” as one of the programs from Lampung Province.
