Capacity Building Visit by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, to FEB Universitas Lampung
FEB Unila | The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) University of Lampung (Unila) received a visit from the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Surabaya (FEB Unesa) in the context of capacity building activities. This event took place at the Unila FEB Dean Building on Friday (29/11/2024) and was attended by leaders, lecturers and educational staff from both faculties.
The FEB Unesa delegation was led by their Dean, Prof. Dr. Anang Kistyanto, S.Sos., M.Si., accompanied by Dr. H. Moch. Khoirul Anwar, S.Ag., MEI. (Vice Dean for Academic Affairs), Prof. Dr. Susanti, S.Pd., M.Si. (Vice Dean for Administration and Finance), and Lusy Andriani, S.H., M.H. (Head of Administration Office).
The visit aimed to enhance inter-institutional relations, share best practices, and discuss potential collaborations in academic programs, research, and institutional development. In his welcoming speech, the Dean of FEB Unila, Prof. Dr. Nairobi, S.E., M.Si., expressed his gratitude and enthusiasm for the visit. “This is an excellent opportunity for both faculties to exchange ideas and explore strategic partnerships that will benefit our institutions,” he said.
During the event, both faculties presented their institutional profiles, achievements, and development strategies. The discussions focused on student and faculty exchange programs, joint research initiatives, and improving academic and administrative services.
The delegation from FEB Unesa also toured FEB Unila’s facilities, including the library, laboratories, and the student service center. The visit concluded with an exchange of souvenirs between the two institutions as a gesture of friendship and a commitment to future collaboration.
This visit marks a significant step towards fostering closer ties and joint efforts in advancing higher education quality in Indonesia. It is hoped that the collaboration between FEB Unila and FEB Unesa will lead to impactful initiatives and mutual growth in the future.
