SGS Indonesia Returns to Unila’s FEB Audit

FEB Unila | The University of Lampung’s Faculty of Economics and Business once again conducted an Audit Surveillance Visit by the SGS Indonesia Certification Board. As a form of ongoing evaluation of the implementation of quality management that has been implemented for the past nine years as well as a means of evaluating whether FEB Unila is still eligible to receive an ISO 9001: 2015 certificate or not. The audit process has been held for two days, Monday-Tuesday (20-21 / 01) in several work units in FEB Unila.

In his remarks at the opening of the Dean of FEB Unila, it was hoped that through this external audit could find something that we lacked, so that in the future we can improve the services provided to our stakeholders. Meanwhile, the SGS Citra Fitri Ananda auditor team in her remarks conveyed, “It is expected that the work units undertaken by the inspection can be cooperative and open during the audit process. So that after checking we can find what needs to be improved in order to be able to provide quality services in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 standards, ” she explained.

Vice Dean for Academic and Cooperation Affairs, Dr. Mahrinasari as the representative of management explained that the Audit Surveillance Visit by the SGS Indonesia Certification Agency was held for two days. The work units that were audited on the first day were Academic Subdivision, Subdivision of Planning, Personnel and IT, and D3 Taxation Study Program. Then on the second day, D3 Accounting, Research and Community Service (S1) Study Program. She further said that the Surveillance Visit Audit by SGS was conducted twice a year, in January and August.
