Focus Group Discussion of Strengthening The Students’ Creativity Program (PKM)
FEB Unila | The students’ creativity program is a mean of forum which is formed by Directorate General of Learning and Students Affair, Ministry of Research, technology, and higher education of the republic of Indonesia, in facilitating the potential students in Indonesia to study, develop, and apply the knowledge and technology that has been learned at the college for the worldwide society. In line with that, as the preparation, the faculty of economics and business, the university of lampung held a focus group discussion (fgd) in strengthening the students’ creativity program (PKM) that exist at FEB unila. The FGD was held on Wednesday 31/10, at 09.00 WIB at D 101 room. The participants were from the head of program and some lecturers at FEB Unila.
The event initiated by the Vice Dean of students affairs and the alumni was held as a follow up from the previous workshop discussing PKM on october 19, 2018, which was followed by 300 participants. During the event, Mr. Hartono, s.sos, m.a. was appointed to be the keynote speaker of the FGD in strengthening the PKM. It was hoped that due to the fgd, the lecturers as the advisors could give a good guidance and advice and also could accompany the students in making the program for the students’ creativity program and at the end the program could get achievement in the university or national level.
Moreover, it was also expected that the ideas of the proposal could appear not only from the students but also from the lecturers that could be inherited to the students in the future. As an addition, during the event, it was also being discussed the way of making an effective and qualified students’ creativity program, reminding that Unila is included in Cluster A together with other favorite universities so that the effort needed is greater in order to compete with other universities in Cluster A.
